I do not want capantrade10--It would be a bad law, and discourage
and harm businesses, and is wrong!  Do not consideer the adoption
of a cap on greenhouse gas emissions and market-based compliance
mechanisms!  It will kill what is left of California business, and
hurt taxpayers.
