| Comment | We need a much stronger regulation that the one proposed if we ever hope to reach our California clean energy goals. Instead of adding enough electric trucks to reach 5% of the fleet, we should be adding enough electric trucks to reach 15% of the fleet. This is an Environmental Justice issue in that pollution from big rigs impacts low income communities and communities of color much more than others. It's time to do things differently and think big if we are going to impact climate change |
