| Comment | I think the race bike restriction and fee increase is rediclous and an abuse of a group that already contributes more than their fare share. Ohv registration is a large fund that is constantly poached by the state while trying to shut down our ridding areas at the same time. The state of california and carb should be ashamed to say they have citizens intrests in mind. |
