| Comment | Dear CARB, I received a degree in Environmental Occupational Health Science at California State University Northridge. I really know what I am writing about. We must learn to weigh the costs as well as the benefits for any proposed regulations. Fishing and diving boat use in California is a passion for many of us in our state. We all know the real source of air pollutants is vehicles, yet to try to make very small gains, emitters such as harbor boats battle to simply stay in business and provide the leisure many of us crave.
