Please reconsider the changes that you are asking for in the
amendments to the CHC regulations. These changes while intended for
good - will sink an entire industry of family run sport fishing
vessels. The technology is simply not yet available for them to
adapt to these regulations which is no fault of their own. Their
boats do not have the capacity for these engines. They are too
large and they burn too hot. Fishing on charter boats is a huge
part of my life, these harbors are like family to me. They have
pulled me out of the darkest times in my life and made me a much
better person for it.  This is a death sentence to them and it
breaks my heart. I'm not against better emissions but I am against
the way this is being done. Please give them the opportunity to
meet these standards when they are able to rather then just simply
shutting them down and putting them out of business. This
regulation is shutting down entire industries up and down our coast
and will put families out on the street. Fishing is their life, and
has been for generations -  I can't imagine what they would do I or
where they would be if that was taken from them.
