I urge you as strongly as I possibly can to enact very aggressive
goals for the reduction of greenhouse gases, and in particular, to
have a VERY aggressive goal for the greenhouse gas reduction
attributable to land use.

Land use, specifically where we house our people and the number of
vehicle miles people travel to and from work, is one of the
paramount considerations in our total greenhouse gas output.

PLEASE SET A VERY AGGRESSIVE GREENHOUSE GAS REDUCTION IN THE AB 32
SCOPING PLAN.
