| Comment | Hello, I'm writing to request you do not pass this regulation. I enjoy sportfishing and whale watching. This new regulation will put all that to a stop. Many boat owners will not be able to afford these changes and force them sale off and leave the boating / sportfishing business. The last 18 months of Covid has put many boat owners near bankruptcy. The boat owners who could afford the changes and new boats will have to charge too much for most of us and most likely put an end to sportfishing and whale watching or making it only affordable for the rich.
