Dear California Air Resource Board,

Please understand that the economic impact to tens of thousands of
Californians will be severe if they are no longer able to operate
their wood and/or fiberglass fishing vessels.  This will put nearly
the entire fishing industry out of work as well as negatively
affect ancillary businesses that will be unable to generate
income.

Additionally, the fishing industry supplies restaurants and markets
with seafood that will also be impacted.  Economic impact studies
need to be performed and understood before this type of radical
legislature that will affect so many.

Please reconsider to not adopt these radical measures.
