"Dear California Air Resources Board,
I am the proud owner of a plug-in Hybrid car and am getting 70-72
mpg.  I ask you please support the California Plug In Hybrid
conversion industry by raising the Tier 1 ceiling to 100 vehicles
up from the currently proposed 10.
