I am moved to comment on the proposed Advanced Clean Trucks
regulation by an Orange County Register Susan Shelley op-ed
11/24/19  that implies that the proposed ACT regulation would
impose expensive requirements on diesel engine performance and
would impact small business badly.  Reading the digest of proposed
action I see that none of this the case.  On the contrary, ACT
seems to me to be well thought-out, and I strongly support the
proposed action.
