To whom it may concern:

As a person who has enjoyed fishing off the Southern California
coast since I was very young, I Truly appreciate the  functions the
Southern California fishing fleet serve.

Via this email I am asking that you reconsider The propossed
measures.   At a very minimum phase them (the changes) in much more
slowly. Also hopefully they can be done by the size of the boat and
the fleet, et cetera.

 These fleets are not big, not near as big as the amount of trucks,
as an example, that come out of the LA port.  Working in LA
commonly, I see many polluters every day.  There is a lot more "low
hanging fruit" coming out of the port of LA. I would put a focus on
those before the fishing fleet.
