Dear California Air Resources Board,

Hybrid plug-in cars save energy, money, air pollution, and reduce
global warming, especially those which are charged from hydro,
wind, and/or solar sources. 

Please support this by supporting the California Plug In Hybrid
conversion industry and raise the Tier 1 ceiling to 100 vehicles up
from the currently proposed 10. This will help us reach our common
goal for a sustainable future.
