Dear Board Members,
 I want to voice my concern that while your proposed regulation is
worthy, I feel your on the wrong track. In the big picture of
pollution, this will make very little difference. If you want to do
something big, help the Fed's push China and India (worst
polluters)to do something about their polluting.

These regulations will cause severe damage to families and
businesses. You will put many boats out of business, jobs will be
lost and hinder wonderful family traditions of fathers taking their
sons and daughters out for a day of fishing and big smiles. You
will price people out of being able to do this.

Please rethink this law your trying to pass and shelf it. It will
cause more harm than do good.
