I would like to introduce myself, my name is Captain Tony Vultaggio
and I'm the owner operator of Santa Barbara Sportfishing Charters.
Over the last 19 years I've been able to grow my business and have
one of the best jobs. I Pride myself on safety and enjoying the
ocean while having guests on board. This new law will setback many
of us small charter boats. I encourage you to look deeper into the
technology before making it mandatory. Please consider leaving us
connected with the commercial fishing fleet where we have remained
in previous years.
