| Comment | I want to help the Whale Watching Industry in it's fight to stay on the water. New California Air Resource Board has proposed rules will put this important industry out of business in 6 years. There is simply not enough time or funding and the technology does not exist. This industry promotes education, is supported by the community and is vital to survival of many of these small businesses. Please re-evaluate your plans and look for other more reasonable options. |
