Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the Cap and Trade
Auction Proceeds. 

I request that the board support carbon negative technologies that
are science based on does not play favorites with particular
technologies. The report should discuss inputs and outputs, such as
biomass in and biofuels/sequestered carbon out. 

In particular, in reading the draft report it discusses digesters
nine times, as a technology to convert biomass to
biofuels/sequestered carbon. There are alternative technologies
such as gasifiers, which can be smaller, mobile, lower cost and can
have less emissions. In fact, reports such as "Getting to Neutral"
recommended this type of technology to sequester carbon.

With respect, I request that in the areas where "digesters" are in
the report that it would be replaced with "digesters or gasifiers"
or alternatively "digesters, gasifiers or other carbon sequestering
technologies"
