10/28/24  It is clear our state gov't supports electric vehicles
and NOT fossil fueled gas vehicles.  This means transferring the
pollution to land which is just as destructive as to the air
quality. How is this a better long term environmental solution or
source of transportation for our air and land? What about cow's
mfg.  air and land contamination; Way worse.  How do we dispose of
the batteries?  This is just  one issue to address of many in the
mfg. The generation of electricity comes from Fossil fuels whether
it's wind powered, water, or solar; the source is fossil natural
gas and oil.  Electric vehicles incur higher universal electricity
costs, so much transportation inconvenience and time waiting to
refuel to sustain a vehicle. They are not a solution; just an
alternative. 
Our gov't is working for someone other than the people that live in
CA. The gov't is price gouging us on fuel costs until we are forced
to leave the state or buy a toy electric car.  It's clear a lot of
deals were made without voter consent that are making a lot of
money for certain mfg's (out of our country) and state gov't
officials. Do not create more pollution issues by supporting this
tax proposal. Thank you.
