Encouraging the flaring of methane "to make it safe" by creating
subsidies for exploiting methane is about as smart as thinking two
wrongs will make a right! They don't and they won't!

Please cancel the proposed Mine Methane Capture Protocol. Offsets
and carbon trading are a false solution to climate change and must
be excluded from California’s Global Warming Solutions Act AB32.
