Many of us do not have the means to own our own boats, thus this is
the only way for us to get out on the ocean with our friends and
family. By mandating these new rules as you know will kill this
industry. I'm a contractor and I deal with  many people daily that
are leaving our state because of the heavy handed government of
California, I'm a life long native of California, not many of us
left. Some of the best memories are of going fishing with my
Grandfather, my dad and my sons, snd hopefully my grandson when
he's old enough. Do not steal this away from him.
