Dear California Air Resources Board, 
Please support the California Plug In Hybrid conversion industry
by raising the Tier 1 ceiling to 100 vehicles up from the currently
proposed 10.  
We need clean air as soon as possible, we need less reliance on
oil, particularly foreign oil, and we need a real possibility for
nascent companies to develop products in the hybrid car industry. 

Please do all you can to encourage new companies in their quest to
develop these new clean air cars as soon as possible.
