Your new extreme and unnecessary emission regulations would require
existing boats to be scrapped and multi-million dollar new boats to
be purchased which would force ticket prices to be raised 2-3 times
the existing prices. This will destroy California sportfishing and
whale watching. It would also make ocean access so costly that many
current anglers, tourists, locals, and future generations of
Californians won't be able to afford it. Stop and think of the
lives of the people who rely on these boats to make a living and
survive. It would be great to at least compromise on smaller/less
destructive regulations. If you still want these regulations then
you are impeding our American freedoms and you are literal human
garbage.
