| Comment | Tow trucks that help clear the roads in California do not have an exemption for Electric engines. Carb has overlooked that in our industry. The only way to clear accident scenes in California is to have an exemption or be branded Emergency vehicle. As Carb is aware, they do not have the technology as of yet to make an electric engine to support Towing and Recovery efforts. Thank you for your time. |
