Good afternoon CARB board members,
My name is Cody Rudd, I live in the Rialto and I am in support of a strong scooping plan. Because
it lacks the urgency necessary to adequately address our reliance
on fossil fuels. I support a NO new gas policy because our
communities deserve no new gas in the Scoping Plan, and to
reach zero emissions by retiring all gas plants by 2035 at the
latest.
2035 is the compromise NOT the
goal!
I urge the board to pass a strong scoping plan because our
planet depends on it.
