With the economy still trying to recover from unconstitutional
mandates regarding Covid, Please vote no on regulations that rely
on technology that is economically unfeasible and has not been
tested as safe on passenger harbor crafts. As boats are removed
from service, access to the sea will be limited and sportfishing
will become too costly.This would put a majority of fishermen out
of business.
