Dear Board Members,

Please take a step back and reflect on what is being asked of an
industry to comply with regulations for systems that have yet to be
manufactured or properly tested.    

Please vote no on the proposed amendments to the Commercial Harbor
Craft Regulation and reconvene to formulate a reasonable approach
that can work for all parties.
