| Comment | Please vote no on regulations that rely on technology that is economically unfeasible and has not been tested as safe on passenger harbor crafts. As boats are removed from service, access to the sea will be limited and sportfishing will become too costly. This will affect the livelihoods of thousands and impact access to the ocean for sportspersons and sightseers alike. I am a sport fisherman and conservationist. |
