| Comment | A Florida Small Business, Affiliated with IAASP of Calif, is
capable of making near zero NOX & reduced particulate emitting
truck engines. (Proposal was submitted to CEC for Off-Road Trucks).
We were not rated to participate because of insufficient California
presence. I suggest that the Zero Emissions Truck mandate consider
allowing The Cyclone Engine in these trucks to Alternatively meet
the "ZERO" emissions because of its capability to use renewable
fuels of liquid and vapor fuels for clean power, applicability,
power, range and cost. We however don't have any California truck
manufacturers team with us on a parallel hybrid or range extender
version that will run on NG, diesel, jet fuel or gasoline.
Questions: Could the bill be written to allow this?
Could funding be provided or incentive to team a California truck
manufacturer to demonstrate a no NOX except during start-up
external combustion engine-driven truck?
