To whom it may concern:

Please rethink the impending restrictions you are anticipating on
applying to our fishing/whale watching fleets. They are a draconian
measure that would equal the loss of many jobs not to mention the
freedom of enjoyment of thousands. 
These activities themselves are the main source of revenue to help
the matters they concern; sportfishing generates license sales that
promote fisheries conservation, and whale watching educates and the
public on the animals and their conservation/study as well. 
Do NOT go forward with this act.
