Please reconsider your position relative to the proposed emission
requirements for sport fishing and whale watching vessels.  The
proposed requirements are not feasible both from a cost perspective
and limitations on the required equipment on existing vessels as
there is not enough space on the majority of current vessels to
install the equipment.  The proposal would eliminate the majority
of vessels that service thousands of patrons each year.  There must
be some more reasonable alternative proposal that could be
implemented over time to allow all parties to achieve a reasonable
result.
