Attn CARB, everyone wants cleaner air and water but these things
cannot be achieved over night. As technology becomes available and
affordable sport boats will move to update their vessels, but
unless there's subsidiaries this cannot be done unless time is
afforded. Baby steps  is the only way for these businesses to
survive, businesses is what the CARB must consider for the greater
good of the population in CA. Everyone needs an outlet for mental
health and the boating industry helps many of us obtain that.
Please reconsider your heavy handed approach on this regulation and
work with the industry instead of bankrupting thousands of
Californians. Thank you.
