| Comment | I love to fish with my sons. I can not afford my own boat. Even commercial sports fishing is expensive but a wonderful family activity. CARB please vote no on regulations that rely on technology that is economically unfeasible and has not been tested as safe on passenger harbor crafts. As boats are removed from service, access to the sea will be limited and sportfishing will become too costly. |
