I am strongly in support of reducing air pollution from trucks in
California. I am concerned about particulate emissions and other
emissions that increase immediate health risks, as well as CO2
emissions that will increase hazards from climate change for
decades to come. 

I also own and drive an electric vehicle and I am impressed with
the potential of this technology. I know that as increasing numbers
of EVs are produced, costs, which have been raised as a prohibitive
factor in making electric trucks an acceptable substitute for
diesel or gasoline trucks, will go down and they will be much more
acceptable. 

I believe that if the Air Resources Board proceeds to bring
increasing numbers of electric trucks onto California's highways,
the state will greatly benefit.
