| Comment | My family has been sportfishing on commercial boats for 4 generations. My daughter and I would like to continue that tradition, which will be very hard to do if new state regulations make captains unable to ply their trade because of the enormous cost of questionable "upgrades" or entirely new propulsion systems. And, by the way, who gave the state the right to effectively steal from its citizens through regulation without compensation? |
