In my overall view, the Red Sticker program is a joke trying once
again to kill off OHV motorcycles. A competition bike with a
Forestry approved sound limited spark arrestor on the exhaust
should be all that is needed to ride on any public land where off
road vehicle motorcycles are allowed. The newer competition
motorcycles are now coming out with things like fuel injection and
spill routing which makes this whole system   unnesecessary. 
Whoever thought this whole idea up just plain hates off roaders. I
myself fear the destruction and pollution caused by the famous
bulldozers that level, clear and permanently destroy the land in
the name of progress.
