"Dear California Air Resources Board.
I have been following this subject for some time and feel it is a
very practical request by those wishing to help improve air quality
as well as employing more Californians. Please support the
California Plug In Hybrid conversion industry by raising the Tier 1
ceiling to 100 vehicles up from the currently proposed 10."
