All,

I have submitted comments and received no response.  I have
concluded that one cannot stop a religious movement with logic or
patience.  You all are applying force to a problem that needs to be
cured with time and market forces, neither of which you are willing
to consider even in the slightest! 

 Going "electric" is an environmental and infostructure disaster
and waste of taxpayer dollars for a political movement.

It is like taking a gardener's lawn mower and making him use 8 or
10 batteries per day and throwing those batteries out every few
months.  You have sold yourselves on a program that makes no sense
to anyone but your church members.
