The Innovative Clean Transit Rule is what we need for a transit
system that promotes clean air.  It will set goals for agencies to
replace older, polluting buses with new ones.
I urge you to support and adopt this rule ASAP, yet certainly
before the end of this year.  I support this rule because it will
give us cleaner air, advance technology and will give us more good
jobs in manufacturing electric buses in California.
