Do any of you on the CARB actually fish or have gone fishing? Have
you gone on whale-watching boats? If you have, then please give
more thought to how you're trying to resolve this problem.
Please stop acting like minimally informed politicians and more
like fishermen, whale-watchers, and boat owners and back off of
your unfair & unreasonable demands.
