I strongly disagree with the proposed, onerous rules for boats in
California. The new rules would cause irreparable harm to the
charter fishing/whale watching industry. Please reconsider rules
that would put these important members of our society out of work,
and stop thousands of citizens from enjoying trips on the oceans.
