| Comment | Dear CARB Officials: I would ask you to support the recommendations of District 36's proposal. Further I'd like to suggest that CARB is barking up the wrong tree by increasing the regulation on a mere 200,000 vehicles that operate very sporadically. If your efforts were truly interested in cleaning up the air rather than eliminating OHV vehicles you would increase regulations on the daily operations of the many other gross polluters. The minimal number of red sticker vehicles registered in CA makes their contribution to the air pollution a minimal problem. |
