| Comment | I have been to several town hall meetings and have requested on numerous occasions a pass similar to the out of state three day pass to deliver loads outside nox exempt counties. So far I see emergency exemptions and repair exemptions. I envision a pass system perhaps one day at a time up to 10 times a year or something similar. |
