I have been fishing these waters most of my life, 72, I've taken my
grdkids on these boats, along with a million others here in Calif,
and you pass these refs, the boat owners would go bankrupt,
depriving thousands from livilyhoods , business would collapse,
leaving untold people unemployed. Not to mention depriving
thousands of people of recreational activities. This would also
impact the rod and reel manufacturers, boat mechanics, etc. The
list goes on and on, so I implore you to not pass these
regulations, Thank You!
