I am asking for you not to adopt the  passenger boat regulations
proposed by Gov. Newsome.  As a fisherman, the cost for a ticket
for a fishing trip on the commercial boats is already too
expensive.  It is unreasonable to require the small businesses to
have to upgrade or replace their boats to meet this proposed
requirement.  The same is true for whale watching boats. This
proposal would put most of the fishing boats and companies out of
business and many of the states salt water fisherman would have no
way to get out and fish.  

STOP THIS PROPOSAL NOW!!!
