Please, please do not impose onerous, unnecessary, unfair and
catastrophically costly regulations on an industry that has given
the average California man, woman, and little boys and girls often
a lifetime of fond and family memories such as my own.

The proposed legislation, although arguably well intentioned, will
have dire consequences (unintentional, I assume and hope) for not
only the owners/operators/employees of chartered fishing companies,
but also lead to an unnecessary dearth of affordable choices for
residents, citizens, and voters such as myself.

Thank you very much for your time and conscientious consideration
of this matter.
