| Comment | The requirement proposed would cripple the sport fishing, whale watching and ocean adventures in California. This would not only cause the boat owners to go out of business due to the high cost of retrofit or entirely new boats but it would also have a direct impact on the economy of all the harbors and marinas that would lose the traffic of these customers. DO NOT put more regulations on businesses that are having a hard enough time staying in business! |
