To damage the fleet with unnecessary regulations damages family and
individual livelihood. Boat owners captains and crew are very aware
of climate change pollution and other hazards to nature. Putting a
large financial burden on the fishing business will put many out of
business. Do not make this a political  decision .If it's not
broken don't fix it. Robert Mercier
