SubjectObjecting to proposed repowering mandate on Sportfishing Fleet

If the mandate is carried out to require operators of local family
owned sportfishing boats to repower within two years with Tier 4
engines which do not exist the industry may easily cease to exist. 
The curent price of an overnight trip is already very high.  If
this repowering is required I expect some owners to move their
boats to Ensanada, Mexico
