Thank you for the opportunity to submit a comment on this proposed
regulation.

I am a Canadian clean-air activist and I work part-time at a
facility where forklifts are used frequently and I am well aware of
the air and noise pollution they create.  I believe that this
regulation, if implemented as proposed, will solve those two
problems and help improve economic productivity as a co-benefit.

I urge the Board to adopt the regulation as proposed and do as much
as possible to accelerate the transition to electric forklifts in
all sectors in California.
