I as a native Calif. resident have enjoyed growing up in Calif.
ocean communities.  Surfing, fishing Clam digging in calif.waters
is some of my must fondest memories and I know look forward to
taking my Grand kids fishing also .  i work in the heavy equipment
industry and you have  done a good job of messing that up also. 
over the last 10 years i have seen 100 of companies sell off rather
than try to comply with Carbs mandates. Companies that would still
be in business today and passed down to their  kids.  you have
giving the heavy equip. industry 10 to 15 years to comply with your
mandates, with Re-powers, and low use equip, phase out, Grant money
Carl Moyer grants ETC. It would seem logical that you would give
the Sports fishing and commercial fishing industries the same
consideration and not just cut 
 living and lifestyles out from under them. Funny I haven't heard
of you going after all the private boat owners out in Calif.
waters.  but maybe they are next on your list. or maybe there are
to many of them, with way to much power and money for you to go
after, instead you pick on a smaller group of families and business
the can't fight CARB.  Welcome to California the job killing State.
