I just want to bring to your attention that the technology now
exists for powering cars, trucks, buses, trains, and ships with
hydrogen fuel cells. My company, SGHydrogen Energy is now building
a renewable hydrogen renewable fuel plant in Lancaster, CA which is
expected to be operational by early 2022. It will produce 11 tons
per day of renewable hydrogen based on the gasification of 120 tons
per day of organic waste feedstock, which will be supplied to us by
the city of Lancaster. The operating plant creates no pollution, no
Sox or particulate matter emissions and has low GHG emissions. The
CO2 produced is carbon neutral. Currently most of the renewable
hydrogen will be sold to Shell for its California service stations.
The Lancaster plant and others in development throughout California
will provide employment to local citizens. Because hydrogen fuel
cell vehicles are much lighter and more efficient than battery
powered engines, the number of vehicles on the road in California
are rapidly increasing from the 1000+ current level. As evicence of
the growing interest in hydrogen fuel cells power, Republic Waste
just accounced that in the neare future it will purchase 2500 trash
collection trucks from Nikola truck company. Currently over 1000
buses using hydrogen fuel cells are now in operation in China and
also in France. Germany hss had two hydrogen fuel cell trains in
operation for more than two years. Strategically the more engines
using hydrogen fuel cell there will be dramatic drops in adverse
air emissions and this will slow down climate change.Sells of cars,
trucks, and buses are increasing throughout California. If there
